At first I was questioning agreeing to Michael Wearne’s latest all-expenses assignment – but he’d used one of those professional submission writers so it was hard to say no.
He went to Womadelaide and didn’t find a single scoreboard. Then, out of the blue, came the money shots. Olympic Park in Melbourne prior to the vital AFLW match between Collingwood and Adelaide.
Not only did Mike get the scoreboard but shots of Crows captain Erin Phillips warming up prior to her match-winning performance.
Money well spent.
