Healesville, Victoria

‘Not a lot of excitement at Healesville, but what can you expect on a Sunday afternoon in summer? The scoreboard’s nothing to write home about but we liked the font for the Roy McLeish Stand.

Healesville, on the hilly eastern fringe of Melbourne, is best known for Healesville Sanctuary, part of Zoos Victoria.

Formed in 1888, The Bloods are not short of success, including 14 senior premierships. The past two years they’ve been pipped at the post in preliminary finals. More details at Australian Football.
