Land was cleared for a cricket ground next to Nairibin Rock in 1925 and a concrete pitch was laid. It was a community effort: “… carried through without ostentatious advertising” according to the Arthur, Dumbleyung, Lake Grace Express.

The scoreboard was a simple affair and the setting remains ideal. 

The club remained until 1995.
