International correspondent Jesse Maskell visited Stožice Stadium in Slovenia with his mate Victor earlier this year. The game was a  friendly/exhibition match: Slovenia vs Bosnia & Herzegovina.

“The stadium looked space-age from the outside, especially covered in snow and with the lights at night.  Final score was 3-0 to Bosnia. There were probably more Bosnian fans than Slovenes in the crowd . It was a full house at 16,000, so it’s small for a national stadium, but, then, Slovenia is a small country.”

Jesse Maskell recently completed his Scoreboard Pressure International Internship and has returned to Australia in time for the A-League finals.
