The World Cup warm up match on February 11 between Australia and United Arab Emirates was an unusual experience. In a place where normally you are bombarded with advertising, at this match the electronic perimeter signage was turned off. There was not even any sponsor message on the scoreboard at any time during the match. It was also odd, for all the crowd was huddled into the MCC Members Reserve, which is a rare opportunity the World Cup offers this year!
I felt the UAE side did well to get 8 Australian wickets. That was a good effort.
That’s a good looking board Michael. Good to see Karate doing some damage. Thanks
