We’ve mentioned Dalwallinu quite a bit recently and it’s clear it has been an important centre in Western Australia football. At one stage Dalwallinu (13 premierships) and North Dalwallinu were part of the Dalwallinu and Districts Football Association.
Dalwallinu merged with Wubin at one point and played in the Central Midlands Football League from 1968 and in 1992 became part of the Mortlock Football League.
The scoreboard design is very much like the one at Goomalling and features that wonderful Mortlock tradition of including the hockey scores. The attendant remains inside the scoreboard so is somewhat protected from the rain but probably not the cold or heat.
