Changes are afoot at J.J Holland Park in South Kensington, Melbourne. Not to the humble scoreboard, though. It’s happy beside the train line.
There is now a mural, parkland poetry you might call it, that runs by the train track and car park. It has about 20 playful statements about park-life. About the grass, and the trees, and the skateboard park and dandelions, and kids having fun. And a few about sport.
