You’ll find Beacon in that part of the Eastern Wheatbelt in WA where there’s not much in the way of towns to the north. It’s a neat place on the Bonnie Rock-Burakin Road 40km or so north of Bencubbin.

The Bombers were a Central Wheatbelt Football League powerhouse in the 1990s winning seven premierships in a row from 1991 to 1997. The club was formed in 1961 but footy was played in the area from the 1930s.
