The West Lalor Junior Football Club played their Northern Football League home games at Huskisson Recreation Reserve from 1973 to 2013.

By 2014 the Dragons just didn’t have the numbers to field teams. In 2015 the newly formed Mernda Rugby League Club took over as the winter tenants at Huskisson.

LalorSmallOvalThe West Lalor nameplate remains sad and defiant in the old scoreboard while the missing point post is another sign that footy has gone.
