Ouyen United and Walpeup Underbool merged at the end of last year when the Mallee League folded.  They now wear the W-U jumpers (Kangaroos) and are called the Kangas.

They play in the Sunraysia Football Netball League.

It has worked out to be a good amalgamation. The  Kangas play five home games in Ouyen and three in Underbool.

Ouyen has a fancy new electronic scoreboard but Underbool is old-school cool. It was early in the day when Scoreboard Pressure visited, and a local and loyal supporter who had painted his vehicle in the club colours especially for the day had parked in front of Geoff’s shed.
